Tuna is an oily fish with little fat content and a high content of iodine and vitamin B3. On our site we propose a quick and easy recipe made with this fish that is served cold as a starter. It's about a tuna cake accompanied with mayonnaise, a delicious recipe that children will love and that will not take much work since it is prepared in the microwave.

  • Natural tuna
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 sticks of surimi
  • 1 piquillo pepper
  • Fried tomato
  • Cream
  • Salt
  • Mayonnaise

1- Beat the 4 eggs with the mixer and add a small carton of cooking cream (250 ml).

2- Open two cans of natural tuna and drain it well so that it does not have any liquid. Add the tuna to the mixture and beat it.

3- Add the surimi sticks and piquillo peppers and continue beating. Then add a pinch of salt.

4- Dump the contents into a rectangular microwave-safe bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Prick the transparent paper with a fork and heat at 800 W for 10 minutes.

5- Prick the cake with a knife or skewer to see if it is done inside and ... voila! Accompany it with mayonnaise sauce and it will be delicious.
