The croissant is one of the best known French buns in the world. It is delicious and is ideal for breakfast or snacks. It admits many versions since it can be eaten alone or filled with both sweet and salty.
In this case, we are going to cook croissants filled with strawberry jam for children's snacks or for birthday parties. A quick and easy recipe to prepare.
- 1 frozen puff pastry
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup (tea) of strawberry jam
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- Butter for greasing
- Icing sugar to decorate the croissants at the end

1 - Remove the dough from the container, add flour to a table and with the help of a rolling pin, spread the dough until it is very thin.
2 - Cut the dough into triangles and put a tablespoon of jam in the center of each one. Roll the croissants always start at the widest part.
3 - Grease the baking tray with butter or margarine and distribute the croissants. Put a little beaten egg on the buns and leave them in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 30 minutes, or until lightly golden brown.
